Every Thursday in Borgo San Lorenzo the Thursday Farmers’ Market brings together local farmers and the community for an afternoon dedicated to local, seasonal, and sustainably produced food. It is a place where visitors can buy directly from local producers and discover the agricultural traditions and products of the Mugello area.
In addition to the market stalls, the event often features community activities and social moments, such as creative workshops for children, cultural initiatives, and special events designed to bring people together.
The market also offers the traditional “Aperitivo Contadino” (Farmers’ Aperitivo), a relaxed opportunity to enjoy local food and drinks while spending time with friends and neighbors.
The Thursday Farmers’ Market is not only a place for conscious shopping, but also a space for meeting, sharing, and celebrating local food and community life.
