At The Thursday Farmers’ Market you’ll find local farmers and producers who embrace the philosophy of regenerative and respectful agriculture. With their stalls, they bring the richness of Mugello’s short supply chain and seasonality. From bread to cheese, fresh vegetables to honey, preserves, and processed goods—without forgetting natural cosmetic products—every Thursday the market is the place to shop consciously, meeting those who produce with care and responsibility.
The Market as a community space
The Thursday Farmers’ Market is not only a place to buy but also a community hub: an opportunity to meet, share experiences, and reflect on the connection between food, the land, and social justice. Every Thursday features a different program with children’s workshops, events, and concerts.
