The cycling tour of Mugello "La Pittorica - in the lands of Giotto " offers to the people participating, together with the charm of the re-enactment of an ancient cycling , made of fatigue, of means and clothes that today seem inadequate, the pleasure of cycling on roads that have made this sport heroic , with slowness, together with old and new friendships, to make known these places where you probably never would have had the opportunity to transit, stop to admire a landscape , maybe, more and more rarely meet some farmer who still works in old rows of vines, make a dot with what is produced in those places.
The paths of the Pictorial, for all the characteristics of pedals, aim to offer all this, without obviously neglecting the most famous architectural, cultural and environmental emergencies (Trebbio Castle, Lake Bilancino, Cappellina della Bruna, Giotto’s house, historic centers of Scarperia and Vicchio ...) and those of a sporting nature (golf course, Mugello circuit).
