"The wheel of the year, calendar of the little people"
With August comes a new interesting exhibition at E50035, mini-gallery of contemporary art in Palazzuolo sul Senio.
The collaboration with Mugello Comics leads us to rediscover the oldest system to measure the passage of time. "The wheel of the year, calendar of the little people", was born from the observation of the nature that surrounds us: season by season, growth of herbs and fruits, migrations of animals. Everything helps to keep track and tell the time on this earth.
Eight artists illustrate the eight spokes of the wheel and refer us to a peasant world that has never passed.
Monday, August 1 at 9pm will open the exhibition Mattia Sarti, artistic director of the festival Mugello Comics and illustrator and Giulio Zeloni. artist and illustrator.
August 1st is Lughnasad, a festival of life and harvest: for the occasion will also be organized a thematic workshop "The daughters of wheat", a rite of good luck linked to the harvest.
To enrich the exhibition also the digital and sound work "Lumina" by Agnese Banti and Andrea Trona.
