The XX RotarOlio will take place Saturday, March 26, 2022, at the Fattoria Il Palagio (Viale Dante Alighieri 101 - Scarperia) and will be articulated as follows: at 18.45 will be held the Conference of Studies titled "The Olive Growers Association of Mugello: prospects, challenges and horizons for the enhancement of Mugello Oil. The twenty years of RotarOlio" and will feature Dr.ssa Agr. Fiammetta Nizzi Grifi, international expert in the field, alongside the President of the Club, Dr. Stefano Santarelli. At the Conference, at about 20.15, will follow the Conviviale, with the tasting of the 5 Oils finalists selected by the "panel test" based on chemical and sensory analysis.
To participate in the Conviviale is necessary and mandatory reservation to the Prefect Ing. Giacomo Volpi, to the email giavolpi85@libero.it, no later than Saturday 19 March 2022.
