"The Drying House" is an exhibition dedicated to one of the most distinctive symbols of the Apennine rural heritage: the traditional chestnut drying house, a place that embodies the culture of the chestnut tree and the traditions of mountain communities. Through photographs and personal accounts, the exhibition explores the historical, social and cultural significance of this ancient practice, offering visitors an authentic insight into the life and heritage of the communities of the Upper Mugello region.
