A unique experience, where every course tells a story of tradition, every gesture evokes the past, and every performance enchants like a fairy tale. Meticulously curated by Maitre Messer Giacomo Fontani and Chef Messer Luigi Incrocci, the dinner offers a refined menu inspired by Renaissance cuisine:
First Course: pumpkin flan with smoked pecorino and amaretti
Second Course: legume soup, sweet-and-sour chicken liver, and walnuts
Third Course: stuffed pheasant with dried fruit and sharecroppers' garden vegetables
Fourth Course: blancmange with coconut and salted caramel
All accompanied by fresh spring water and fine wine
