The initiative is open to bands and solo artists of any musical genre, with the opportunity to present original songs and, optionally, a rearranged cover (here is the full regulation). There are no age limits for participation: the main goal is to promote music and its cultural and educational value within society.
The contest nights will feature four artists per event, following this schedule:
– Preliminary rounds: June 13 in San Piero, June 27 in Scarperia, July 12 in Bivigliano, July 19 in Borgo San Lorenzo.
– Semifinals: July 25 in Barberino di Mugello, August 30 in Vaglia.
– Final: September 5 in San Piero.
The event is sponsored by the Tuscany Region, the Metropolitan City, and the Union of Municipalities of Mugello, as well as the municipalities of Barberino di Mugello, Borgo San Lorenzo, Scarperia e San Piero, and Vaglia. Additionally, the collaboration with ARCI Bivigliano adds further value to the initiative
