An emotional event will be held in memory of the devastation that hit our territory during the Second World War.
On Sunday 27 April at 9.15 p.m. at the Cinema Teatro Don Bosco in Borgo san Lorenzo, an emotional event will be held in memory of the devastation that hit our territory during the Second World War.
Specifically, it is about the bombing of 12 September 1944 that destroyed the town of Firenzuola, but which unites all places, communities and every single human being in the feelings, emotions and states of mind experienced during and after those tragic days.
The whole thing is the brainchild of writer and director Matteo Procuranti in collaboration with maestro and choir director Edoardo Materassi. There will be a narration, interspersed with musical interventions by the Polyphonic Choir Mulieris Voces of Firenzuola, on guitar Francesco Santoro, on cello Viola Conti, solo voices Concetta Tambaro and Viola Conti.
Much of the music is original by Mo. Edoardo Materassi. In addition, there will be different musical incursions that will contribute to creating particularly emotional atmospheres.
