Ennio Morricone's orchestra and soprano for the 81st anniversary of the bombing
On Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, at 9 p.m., at the Pieve di San Lorenzo (Via Cocchi 4, Borgo San Lorenzo), the Orchestra Camerata de' Bardi closes the institutional day for the commemoration of the victims of the 1943 bombing and continues, also in the Municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo, its 12th Lyric-Symphonic Season.
For this 81st anniversary, the Orchestra Camerata de' Bardi is joined by the exceptional presence of soprano Susanna Rigacci, the voice of Ennio Morricone, interpreter of his best-known soundtracks.
Conducting is M° Gabriele Centorbi, a Sanpierino by adoption, violinist and conductor.
Free admission for all citizens.
