Excursion to the Castellonchio refuge, where, together with the expert hands of the managers, we will be able to put our ‘hands in the pasta’ to learn how to prepare the typical ‘tortelli di marroni’, a gastronomic uniqueness of the Mugello Apennines and a variant of the classic potato tortello.
On the way back, we will walk along the Casa d'Erci nature trail (pictured), where we will get a glimpse of the life and traditions characteristic of these Apennine villages.
