“An Autumn Forest of Colors” hike dedicated to Fall Foliage.
Meeting at 10:00 AM at the Visitor Center of the Casentino Forests National Park in Il Castagno d’Andrea – San Godenzo (FI).
Travel by car to Fonte del Borbotto, then start the hike on foot. This route, notable for its natural and scenic interest, runs entirely within the National Park, reaching its highest peaks, Falco and Falterona. Return at 3:00 PM.
Trail details: Length: 10 km, Elevation gain: +950 m, Moderate difficulty.
Free hike. Reservation required.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27
“Autumn Wellness in the Embrace of Falterona”
On the occasion of the Saggia Festival “La Ballottata” in Il Castagno D’Andrea, join us for a hike with a tasting experience titled “Autumn Wellness in the Embrace of Falterona.” Enjoy nature, wellness, and vegan tasting, in collaboration with Etica Selvatica and the company “Le Sorgenti” by Marella Pierangelo.
Meeting at 9:30 AM at the Visitor Center of the Casentino Forests National Park in Il Castagno d’Andrea – San Godenzo (FI). The hike will be a loop on the Nature Trail “The Civilization of the Chestnut,” interspersed with breathing exercises, stretching, and relaxation guided by a yoga instructor. This will be followed by a presentation of the “Le Sorgenti” company and a concluding tasting.
