The second appointment of the Splendido Novecento cycle
Saturday 5 October, at 4 p.m., at the Sala della Sezione Soci Coop di Borgo San Lorenzo, inside the Mugello Shopping Centre, the second meeting of the Splendido Novecento cycle will be held, starring Mario Soldati (1906-1999), one of the most versatile and multifaceted personalities of the last century.
Soldati was an authentic Renaissance man, even though he lived in the 20th century, capable of mastering various expressive and communicative means with equal skill. He was in fact a film director, television man, journalist, essayist, but above all an extraordinary writer.
Paolo Marini will recount his story, which is as gripping as his novels.
The event is organised by the Cultural Association E20 - Eccezionali Eventi in collaboration with the Coop Members' Section of Borgo San Lorenzo.
The appointment is therefore for Saturday 5 October at 4 p.m., at the Sala della Sezione Soci Coop di Borgo San Lorenzo, inside the Mugello Shopping Centre, in Piazza Martin Luther King.
