The Rificolona returnsin Dicomano with its historic and traditional festival of September 7

The historic festival was conceived by Don Lino Checchi in 1965 and carried out over the years by volunteers from the various districts.
A very heartfelt celebration by the Dicomanians that we hope will also enter the heart of the young generations, with the invitation to participate in the parade (free and free access) and admire these masterpieces tribute to Mary who was born just like the ancient Florentine tradition.

And this year the theme will be the same for all the districts, which will have to challenge each other, taking inspiration from the ‘Italian Cities’. The appointment is therefore on Saturday 7 at 9 p.m. from the Pieve Santa Maria, with the start of the parade of floats and rificolone through the streets of the town. At the end of the parade there will be the verdicts and awards ceremony in Piazza della Repubblica.
All registered rificolone will be awarded.
