“An itinerary between history and nature”, the Latera-Cornocchio route opens in Barberino
"An itinerary between history and nature" will be held on Saturday 25 May 2024 in Latera, in the municipality of Barberino di Mugello, the inauguration of the Latera-Cornocchio trekking path, a restored place full of fairy-tale views.
Created by the Latera agricultural company in collaboration with Publiacqua, the Sarilù school of Cavallina, and with the participation of the Mugello Ovest committee, Asd Cornocchio in Vetta and the patronage of the municipality of Barberino di Mugello.
After the ribbon cutting at 3.00 pm, a guided walk will be held along a route surrounded by greenery, with reading of fairy tales and shows for children, organized by the Remida Association. There will be games in the woods for children, archery for children and adults, a picnic and aperitif with local products and an exhibition of gastronomic products. Event open to all free of charge, with the possibility of parking in the designated spaces.
In case of bad weather the event will be postponed.
