An exhibition CHINI MUSEO curated by Alessandro Cocchieri
Open to the public at Villa Pecori Giraldi seat of the Chini Museum, the exhibition dedicated to the artist Galileo Chini entitled: Galileo Chini "one act". The exhibition, which aims to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the artist’s birth, attempts a circular narrative on the artistic versatility of Galileo Chini: in a thematic path that enhances "his" multidisciplinarity. Ceramics, frescoes, sketches for windows, stained glass windows, theatrical sets and much more will be available in the more than 1000 square meters that host the event.
With the "ATTO UNICO" exhibition, Alessandro Cocchieri attempted to extend the permanent exhibition of the Chini Museum; a collection that revolves around the figure of Galileo Chini. The journey begins with an overview of the Borghigiana factory (Le Fornaci San Lorenzo), founded by the artist at the beginning of the 1900s, and continues in the halls of Villa Pecori Giraldi, where, amidst the murals and frescoes by Galileo and the Chini family, a narrative entirely dedicated to the genius of the artist takes shape. Content and container blend together to celebrate, in a "atto unico" the 150 years of life and history of Galileo Chini.

On the occasion of the exhibition Galileo Chini 'Atto Unico' at the Chini Museum of Borgo San Lorenzo guided tours by Vieri Chini and Veronica Vestri are organized.
