A piano on the ridge of Mugello with Mario Mariani
A charity concert that will take a piano to the mountains of Mugello!
A tribute to the mountains, nature and genius loci, offered by Mario Mariani (www.mariomariani.com), a particular pianist, known for his creative and eclectic approach to the piano using extensive techniques (many of which his invention) that transmute the sound of the piano into an orchestra of unusual sounds.
On the occasion of this event will be presented his new album entitled "Nocturnalea", recorded at night in a forest on the slopes of Monte Nerone.
It will be a natural theater a ridge surrounded by spectacular landscapes to 360 certain of mountains covered by woods, which can be reached with an easy hike.
The meeting is scheduled at 16.00 at Podere Giuvigiana, which is reached by a path of 1.7 km. The start of the excursion, about 2 km, is scheduled for 17.00 and the beginning of the concert at 18.30.
Illuminated by the colors of the sunset we will listen to the notes of the piano by Mario Mariani and enjoy an aperitif offered by Podere Giuvigiana.
