Finally we return to the squares and streets. After two years of online editions, for which it is still necessary to thank those who designed and committed themselves to making them to keep alive the attention on this beautiful event, the Canta'Maggio in Barberino di Mugello starts again with an edition "live"!
The Canta'Maggio 2022 will open on the afternoon of Thursday, May 19, and will end on the evening of Sunday 22.
The event, organized by the Cantamaggio Committee in collaboration with Pro Loco Per Barberino, Comitato Commercianti ViviBarberino and with the support and patronage of the Municipality of Barberino, will see the Palio games return to the center of attention, surrounded by a series of events in the various districts that will transform those four days in the village festival that was so appreciated until 2019.
An event felt, both in the games for the allocation of the Palio in the collateral events and that in recent years has seen add to that spirit that comes from ancient traditions, numerous elements of modernity.
Still protagonists will be the songs of the maggiaioli, the gastronomic traditions, the colors of Girandola, Badia, La Pesa, Old Town and Judea, which for days will color every corner of the country.
Appointment therefore not to be missed for one of the most important events for the Barberini community!
