every Friday - Three evenings with books as protagonists

At the Oratorio della Compagnia three Fridays dedicated to books and stories to reflectWhen you say the program is in the title. This can be said of the initiative born in collaboration between Pro Loco and the Circolo MCL Insieme di San Piero a Sieve under the patronage of the City of Scarperia and San Piero: "Books in Company - Reading proposals for a new spring". The three events, which will characterize the last three Fridays of March, carry the name Company because planned precisely at the Oratory of the Company but especially because the reading, typically personal activity, promoted through presentations and books, can give us a chance to get together and compare thoughts. And they will happen not only at the turn of spring, but as a sign of the hope of a new season of opening to life and of encounters in real spaces.
The exhibition will open Friday, March 11 with "Churches, chapels, oratories of Scarperia and San Piero and its territory" work written by several hands, with texts by various authors including Francesco Calamai, Marco Pinelli and Giuseppina Carla Romby, presented by Francesco Apergi and Mons. Gilberto Aranci. Friday, March 18 will be the turn of the volume "The Stone, the Sun and the Cross" by Matteo Cecchi that will present his book together with Gen. D. Pietro Tornabene, Commander of the Istituto Geografico Militare and to the Comm. Silvano Simone Bettini, Managing director Rosss Spa. Last appointment Friday, March 25 for "Giotto with jeans" by Luca Lelli who will tell his book together with Professor Giuseppina Carla Romby.
The appointments will all be at 21 and free admission, even with the rules and numbers related to the prevention of infection.
