The cellar was born in 1975, but the present establishment goes back to 1984. 176 vine-grower partners adhere to the cellar. The establishment is a very good example of modern technology, with big casks in climatic steel. In the "Bottega del vino" one can buy also typical local products such as cheese, oil, honey and chestnuts, whilst every Saturday tasting and snacks are organized for visitors.
