For an Archaeology of Power: Arms and Heraldic Insignia of the Palazzo dei Vicari
A meeting on vicarial power in Scarperia seen through the rich decoration of the Palazzo dei Vicari and the documents of the Pre-Unitarian Historical Archive.
Speakers will be Giuseppina Carla Romby and Francesco Calamai.
The initiative, which is part of the regional event Le Notti dell'Archeologia (The Nights of Archaeology), will conclude with a nocturnal visit to the Archivio Storico Preunitario in the Palazzo dei Vicari in Scarperia.
