Camerata de' Bardi will perform in the thousand-year-old Pieve di Sant'Agata, on the occasion of the Feast of Sant'Agatina
Sunday, February 4, 2024, at 16.30, the Ensemble instrumental of the Camerata de' Bardi will perform in the thousand-year-old Pieve di Sant'Agata, on the occasion of the Feast of Sant'Agatina 2024, patron saint of the village of Scaperiese.
The Ensemble Camerata de' Bardi, formed by Roberta Malavolti Landi and Fabio Lapi on violins, Marina Molaro on viola, Andrea Sernesi on cello, Sabrina Malavolti Landi on clarinet, will perform the most famous pages of the European and international sacred repertoire, from Baroque to Classicism, from Romanticism to the present day, with music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Robert Schumann and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
The concert will close the second day of patronal celebrations that opens at 10.30 with the blessing of the Crocelline and their related posting in the four districts, to continue, at 10.45, with the procession and the blessing of the country and with the Solemn Mass, at 11.00; followed, at 12.30, lunch at the Multipurpose Center. In the afternoon, the public can also visit the Archaeological Museum and the Artisan and Peasant Life of Leprino; in the square the Antiques and Collectibles Market.
