"In dialogue with Giotto", the solo shows of the artists Gianfranco Baruchello and H.H. Lim at the Giotto House Museum

The Museum Casa di Giotto under a new look, art that finds an exhibition space that evokes suggestions and historical references and open to contemporary national and international artists. The museum is presented to the public with the first exhibition curated by the director of the Museums Casa di Giotto and Arte Sacra e Religiosità Popolare Beato Angelico, Alessandro Cocchieri. And it could only be a tribute to one of the most important artists who contributed to the birth of the Renaissance, which Vicchio was born. In fact, "In dialogo con Giotto" is the title of the temporary exhibition by the artists Gianfranco Baruchello and H.H. Lim, "two solo exhibitions, studied by the artists, in an exhibition that attempts to reflect on the great Master and on the place where he was born"explains Director Coachman. Mayor Filippo Carlà Campa and Culture Councillor Sandra Pieri underline: "This place that gave birth to the great painter Giotto deserves to be valued, to host events of international level, to open up and dialogue with the forms and languages of art. A new beginning for the museum".
The exhibition will be inaugurated Saturday, October 28 at 11.30 am at the Museum Casa di Giotto in Vespignano, in the municipality of Vicchio. Open until 4 February 2024
