From San Godenzo, at the foot of Mount Falterona, there is a harmonious valley of pasture and chestnut that leads to the Apennine ridges bordering Romagna

- Route features: Length: 12 Km approx. Elevation gain: 500 m. Type of route: forest road and path. Path almost entirely in the woods, with uncovered stretches. Physical difficulty: Medium.
- Food and drink: packed lunch.
- Obligatory equipment: hiking shoes, clothing suitable for the season and suitable in case of wind, waterproof, plenty of water (minimum 1.5 liters).
- Recommended equipment: hiking poles. Children: 8 years old and older, used to walking.
- Dogs: yes on a leash.
