Piano Competition City of Scarperia - I edition

The Association Letizia Tozzi-Progetto Musica and the Agorà School of Music, in collaboration with the Pro Loco Scarperia and the patronage of the Municipality of Scarperia and San Piero, organize the first edition of the Competition Pianistic City of Scarperia, which will take place in the period 9-12 June 2022 at the Palace of the Vicars of Scarperia (FI).
The competition is open to young musicians students of the Music Schools or private schools, students of the Schools Medium to musical address and those of the musical Lyceums of the territory, not only local but national, with the goal of encouraging and enhancing the study of music and young talents.
It is an opportunity for growth not only of instrumental study, but also of confrontation with young people
musicians of other realities, promoting the study and individual training and that carried out by middle schools to musical address and from the musical Licei.
The setting of the Palace of the Vicars of Scarperia, home of the competition, is a place of indisputable historical value and artistic that blends well with the objectives of the event.
The competition will end Sunday, June 12 with the Award Concert that will take place in the Salone dei
Curtains of the Palace of the Vicars. The concert, free admission, will participate in the competitors awarded with the Absolute First of category.
