The cooking courses promoted by the Pro Loco of Borgo San Lorenzo together with the Section of Borgo San Lorenzo in Unicoop Florence and the Banca del Tempo Mugello, with the patronage of the Municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo, are back in great demand.Five courses divided into two appointments held by non-professional chefs. The aim is to share and teach techniques and recipes for everyone.
The scheduled courses are:
19 and 26 April The Sea in the Plate with Anna Borelli
2 and 9 May A typical Apulian lunch and traditional leavened wine with Santa Guerrieri
17 and 24 May Cakes for the summer with Letizia BruniEach course will take place in the kitchens of the Mugello Youth Centre in Borgo San Lorenzo from 19.30 to 22.30. The courses have a cost of 50 euros for Pro Loco members and 60 for non-members. Each course will have a maximum of 12 participants.
