The chef prepares typical recipes both of Tuscany and Romagna such as: homemade tortelli filled with ricotta-cheese and served with Bolognese sauce, homemade tagliatelle with boletus mushrooms, tasty oven-baked lasagne, T-bone steak, thick and rigorously raw, or the tagliata with rocket and parmesan cheese or the tenderloin and many other appetizing recipes which will satisfy the connoisseurs. Next to this our guests can savour a Chianti or a Sangiovese del Rubicone Wine in a professional and refined atmosphere. In October it is also possible to gather chestnuts in a impressive chestnut-wood near Palazzuolo with lunch included at a favourable price.
