The "Podere Ugolini" is situated near Borgo San Lorenzo. It's a small rural village in the northern countryside of the Florence district. Settled on the hills of the chain of Appennini, between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, it's surrounded by vast forests of chestnuts and olive trees fields. The farm "Podere Ugolini" still being a place of traditional agriculture can offer a genuine lifestyle inspired by the unique housing. In fact the apartments were obtained by the restoring of an ancient rural mansion and some minor service building that were part of an ancient farm, still active. All the apartments have independent entrance with a furnished kitchen, a bedroom, services and a living room optionally furnished as an accessory accommodation for guests. The position is delightfully panoramic but also very close to a local train station that have many daily train back and forth from Florence (time required 35-50 minutes). For lovers of nature, the "Podere Ugolini" si also very closed to the national hiking circuit of C.A.I. (Italian Alpine Club) but also in a comfortable position to reach important places like the birthplace of Giotto, the lake of Bilancino, the Medicean castle of Cafaggiolo and the Barberino Shopping Outlet. In the weekly prices is included water and electricity consumption, private parking, bedsheets and towels. Additional sheets and towels can be rented for € 15,00 for each additional guest.Final cleaning 40 €. Gas combustion is billed on departure. Upon request is possible to accomodate also in the christmas holidays.
