Nested in the mountains of the High Mugello Valley, at an altitude of 800mt between Florence and Bologna. Easy to reach from the A1, exit Pian del Voglio. Il Passeggere offers 8 dbl/twin rooms and 2 sgl rooms, which can be turned into an apartment with kitchen of 3 double bedrooms (with a fireplace). Almost each room has its own bathroom. Very good is the restaurant (open to the public from Friday evening to the Sunday lunch) offering Traditional Tuscan dishes, game (Il Passeggere is also a hunting reserve, with a fenced area of 50 hectars), meats and cold cuts from our own Cinta Senese pigs. Seasonal vegetables from our own vegetable garden are used in the restaurant. The farm is on the "Via degli Dei" (Path of the gods), ideal stop for trekking or nice walks, and its name, Il Passeggere, was given because it was a crossing point, an intersection of the Flaminia Militare Roman road and a medieval muletrack. We collaborate with nearby Turismo Equestre Valmezzana for horseback riding.
