From November to March the museum is closed and opens only by appointment for school groups or groups of visitors.
Ordinary openings are from Easter Monday all Sundays and public holidays: 10:30 - 12:30; 14:30 - 18:00. Public holidays are: 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 24 June, Firenzuola Patron Saint's Day and the penultimate Monday in August Saint Bartholomew's Day.
