Two days to rediscover the beauty of slow living in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
On 18–19 July, Badia di Moscheta, in Firenzuola (Florence), will host the first edition of UP!ennino – Forests, Beer & Slow Living, a brand-new event dedicated to nature, togetherness, and discovering the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Admission is free, and visitors are invited to enjoy two days of outdoor activities, music, and shared experiences at a slower pace.
In a summer packed with events and increasingly hectic schedules, UP!ennino offers a different kind of experience—one that encourages visitors to slow down and rediscover the pleasure of simple things.
For an entire weekend, Badia di Moscheta will become a welcoming meeting place where everyone can choose how to spend their time: relaxing by the river, joining guided hikes, cycling or horseback excursions, camping free of charge surrounded by nature, or staying at the Abbey's hostel.
From afternoon until evening, the programme will feature DJ sets, craft beer, local food, and opportunities to connect with others, all while respecting the landscape and the unique identity of the area.
UP!ennino was created to celebrate the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines as a place to experience and share, promoting slow and sustainable tourism while creating opportunities for people, nature, and local communities to come together.
