On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th, Spazio Brizzolari (Viale Kennedy 188, Scarperia) will host MOVING VISION, a major festival dedicated to dance and the visual arts, organized by AlambradoDanza.
The event will see the participation of numerous dance schools from Northern and Central Italy, protagonists of two days full of spectacle and emotion.
Saturday the 25th will be dedicated to the festival, with performances by participating schools starting at 7:30 pm.
On Sunday the 26th, starting at 6:00 pm, the dance competition will be held, followed in the evening by the awards ceremony.
Up for grabs are important awards offered by prestigious companies in the sector: Florence Summer Dance, Atzewi Dance Company, Opus Ballet and Fini Dance New York.
During both days, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the public will be able to attend a free screening of a selection of evocative dance short films in competition from Australia, Europe, the United States, Israel, and Italy: a unique opportunity, open to all, to discover the dialogue between movement and cinema internationally.
A special Saturday night event will be the national premiere of the award-winning video “The Dust of This Place”, choreographed and directed by Vanessa Van Wormer, presented alongside other works out of competition.
