Villa Panzano is situated on the declivity of the Calvana mounts, in the west Mugello area, easily reachable from the tollgate of Barberino di Mugello on the Highway A1 (3 Km). The Villa dates back to the XIV century, with a rectangular shape, looks still like a small fortress, prettified by beautiful 500’s windows and a large front with the carved cornice. A recent restoration has brought to light the presents of two columns, trace of a 500’s covered gallery. Now there is a noble chapel still consecrated and dedicated to the Vergin Mary and Martyr Saint Christine.
