The trail dips towards the Le Casine farmhouse and then onto the trail to the Falterona ditch.
Once across the ditch the trail climbs until it meets trail 14 and shortly after Giogo di Castagno (1075 m.a.s.l.).

We move right along the summit trail 00 and continue on the left to an easy forestry trail. At Poggio Corsoio (1215 m.a.s.l.) we ignore the trail to the left and continue to move down until we reach Pian delle Fontanelle (1512 m.a.s.l.).
Continuing along the trail we reach a paved road that we take, right, to  Poggio Piancancelli (1576 m.a.sl.).
Next, the easy 00 trail takes us to the summit of Monte Falco (1658 m.a.s.l.) and consequently right to the summit of Mount Falterona (1654 m.a.s.l.).

Continuing right along trail 00 we reach Varco delle Crocicchie (1407 m.a.s.l),  shortly after the summit of Monte Acuto (1481 m.a.s.l.), and finally Colla di Castagno (1250 m.a.s.l.).
Upon reaching the saddle we pass trail n. 1 (SOFT ring n. 2)  on the right to Monta Massicaia and continue to Poggio Faggio Tondo (1039 m.a.s.l.).
Once on trail n. 2 SOFT we reach the Campo All’Oca campsite while if we continue along 00, the trail on the left, we reach Fonte alla Stampa and the provincial road which, by going right, takes us back to the campsite.
