Ingredients: rabbit leg, salt, pepper, rosemary, apple, white wine and sugar.

Method: bake the rabbit leg after seasoning with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Remove the rabbit and add wine and sugar to the sauce to form a caramelled sauce. Cover the rabbit leg with this hot sauce and the sliced apple.
