CROSTONI DI CAVOLO NERO
Ingredients: Tuscan bread cooked in wood stove, cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, Tuscan or Mugello extra virgin olive oil.
Method: rinse the cabbage and boil it in abundant water, drain and squeeze. Place the cooked shredded cabbage on
toasted slices of bread that have been rubbed with garlic cloves and sprinkled with vegetable broth. Add a dab of extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
