VERMOUTH

VERMOUTH.jpg

The characteristics

A recent production of excellence thanks to the use of raw materials native to the territory (the saffron of Vicchio, the Vermentino produced in the hills of Mugello) and the rediscovery of notions and methods completely handmade and not automated, such as filtration by cotton, which allows to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the product.

The history

Vermouth del Mugello is a demonstration of love for its territory and its ancient traditions, expertly recovered and brought to new life. Every path taken, every choice along the path of creation is dictated by a single intent: to ensure that each bottle is the result of a natural propensity towards authenticity. This philosophy can be briefly summarized in the concept of "Less is more". Taking care of a few elements of the highest quality, reserving the best craftsmanship, allows you to achieve memorable results.

 The characteristics

The encounter between passion and history has given rise to a very recent Gin that fully recalls the scents and flavors of the native country and the surrounding hills. Among   all the cypress stands out, symbol tree of this territory, along with other 9 botanical including laurel, juniper, pine and rose hips, all plants present and characteristics of the   wonderful environment of Mugello. The technique used is that of London Dry Gin, or a totally natural Gin, where the use of artificial flavors and colors is prohibited.

 The history

Castrum Gallani Gin is a London Dry Gin born from the passion for its territory and its ancient history. Castrum Gallani, or Castello di Galliano, is already mentioned in a   document by Ubaldino degli Ubaldini, dating from about 1100. It was the first building built in the Gallianese valley, by the Ubaldini family, in a strategic point elevated by   today’s village. The encounter between passion and history has given rise to a Gin that fully recalls the scents and flavors of the native country and the surrounding hills.   One above all that of the cypress, a tree that frames the wonderful and charming village of Galliano Mugello.
