CASTELLO del TREBBIO - San Piero a Sieve - is our family project. We are united and committed to the rebirth of this UNESCO World Heritage Site in the hills of Mugello - Florence - Tuscany. It is a wonderful challenge that together with our young team, we embrace with enthusiasm, tenacity and humility. We share an uncompromising approach to our organic and biodynamic mission to restore the estate and to produce a premium organic olive oil of great taste, quality and distinction.
We planted 30.000 new olive trees from over fifteen local varieties, combining traditional and modern plantation patterns. Our oil is fully traceable. We offer a blend, as well as single cultivars like the "DIANORA del TREBBIO", an endemic and unique variety we discovered on the estate and were able to reintroduce.
