Palazzo dei Capitani - Palazzuolo sul Senio
The museum is about the oldest and less known past of the territory of the Lamone, Senio and Santerno Valleys, supplying the instruments for an easy reading of the contents.
Since prehistoric archaeology covers a very vast span of time and presents itself complicated for the same human evolution, both from the somatic and cultural point of view, a big space has been attributed to the illustrations of the most important stages of this evolution.
The archaeological evidences of the territory are exhibited in this contest which we can define as narrative.
There are findings more or less collected in a secondary position and totally "poor" but which cover a great importance for the history of the area since they fill a space of thousands of years giving evidence of a continuous human presence even in the most inaccessible places of the Upper Mugello.
The Activity Book in English and in Italian engages young visitors and their families along the exhibition of the Museum: games, exercises and practical activities.
