The B&B Vacanze in Mugello is situated in the hystorical centre of the lovely village of San Piero a Sieve, in the heart of Mugello valley, with its beautiful panoramic views and great location. It offers a taste of Tuscany as relaxed or lively as you like. All amenities are at hand, such as pizzerias, restaurants, shops, train station and bus stop. At the same time the B&B location is quiet and cosy, with a little garden/courtyard with a table for al fresco breakfast. There is plenty of room for bicycles or motorbikes and we also have bicycle repair facilities. Breakfast is optional, and we can cater for people with special dietary needs. The spacious, bright bedroom is totally new and furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, for a total of four places. The house has separate central heating. The bathroom has a shower, and a hairdrier is supplied. Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and there is a confortable living room. Local activities include: Trecking excursions (Cammino degli Dei - The Walk of Gods), Accredities cycle-tourism with dedicated sensor totems. Walks in the countryside and Woods (famous in autumn for mushrooms and chestnuts). Bilancino lake, only 7 km away, offers opportunities for watersports such as windsurfing, sailing and canoeing. Mugello Circuit (motor racing) is only 4 km away. Poggio dei Medici 18 hole golf course is even closer. Beautiful medieval Trebbio and Cafaggiolo castles (summer residences of the Medici family) are just outside the village.
