Brisighella is of medieval origin. It belonged to the Manfredi family, lords of Faenza. The suggestive medieval village dominated by the “Rocca” (the fortress) and by the Clock Tower, is an important thermal centre of the Lamone Valley. Not to be missed: the village with the “La Via degli Asini” (Donkey’s Road), the Manfrediana and Veneziana fortress, the Clock Tower, the Collegiate and St. John the Baptist in Octavo Church.
