Ingredients: chicory, zucchini, sage, apple, fennel, artichokes, zucchini blooms, aubergine, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

Method: cut in pieces the ingredients to be fried and dip in a batter made with eggs, flour, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Ingredients: bread, cheese, ham and meat, asparagus, olives with ham and cheese.

Method: prepare a batter with eggs, bread crumbs and salt. It is important to dip fry in extra virgin olive oil using a copper pan.

Serve the fried food still very warm on a bed of lettuce leaves.
