one slice bacon, 2 leeks,1 clove garlic, 300 g beans, 500 g cornmeal, kale, vegetable broth, salt, pepper and oil.Method:
Boil the kale in salted water. Cook borlotti (kidney bean) beans in a small amount of water. Finely chop the bacon, leeks and a clove of garlic. Stir fry in a pot with salt and pepper. Add the broth, the boiled beans, and the shredded kale. Now add the stone ground cornmeal and
boil while slowly stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook the cornmeal for 30 minutes and serve hot. If you leave the farinata to cool it can also
be sliced and deep fried or grilled.
