Ingredients for 5 persons: 1duck, 3 onions, 3 carrots, 1 celery, 700gr fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper and sage.
Preparation: chop the onions, celery, carrots and some sage and fry. Divide the duck in small pieces and add to the vegetables, and cook for about ten minutes. Add half a glass of red wine and when it evaporates add the tomatoes cut in small pieces, salt and pepper. Pour two glasses of water and let it cook for about 45 minutes.
